Hi, I'm Reo Pritchard
Welcome to my insurance agency!
I literally grew up horseback. My dad owned and raced quarter horses on the track, and my mom has always trained horses and competed in barrels and poles, so my 4-legged babysitters ran really fast! I love the speed, but I also love sitting down with another horse person and just talking horses.
I founded REO Insurance Agency in 2001 while still in college at Texas A&M University. I always knew I would specialize in insuring horses, but I wanted an agency that did things different. Insurance can be confusing, so I offer a personalized experience and a simpler, more educated approach to the coverage you need. No big words or binders full of paperwork - just the best coverage and best rates.
As the Agency has grown, I’m blessed to be able to offer you a super convenient, one-stop shop to fulfill all your insurance needs. We can cover you from the barn to your house, your vehicles, and your business, too, if that’s what you need.
Reo still goes fast! These days when he’s not at REO, he’s either chasing his son, Knox, or chasing a cow at a Stock Horse of Texas or NRCHA show. But he’ll stop on a dime to sit with you and talk horses!
And I'm Kelsey Delaplaine Fulmer
I grew up in an English saddle on my family’s farm outside Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. I was recruited to be on the University of Georgia National Collegiate Equestrian hunt seat team, and, strangely enough - that’s where I got bit by the reining bug! I then transferred to West Virginia University and competed on both the Western and English IHSA teams. By my senior year, I was awarded the All-Around High Point Rider at Nationals.
Not long after I moved to Texas, I gave Ranch Versatility a try where I discovered that I loved the cow events, which led me to the NRCHA. I am very blessed to have had a lot of success in a very short amount of time with my horse, Starlight Driver. "Driver" and I are so thankful to be a part of the NRCHA family.
My life revolves around horses and always will. I am extremely passionate about helping people and offering the best customer service possible. It is an honor to represent REO!

Kelsey has a dual major in Agribusiness Management and Animal and Nutritional Science, with a minor in Equine Management. Kelsey has several world championship titles under her belt and was the 2021 Snaffle Bit Futurity Limited Non Pro Champion. She is mom to son Brice and wife to husband Brett. When she isn’t at REO or a reined cow horse show, Kelsey is an avid photographer, graphic artist, and equine marketer.
